Terms & Conditions
- All items are ready stock!
- All items sold are brand-new & quality assured. Hence, we do not hold any responsibility for lost or damage of item during postage/delivery.
- The color of the real item might be slightly different from the picture posted due to monitor resolution.
- All prices stated are fixed & not negotiable.
- No refund or exchange of item once payment is made.
- All last minute back-out buyers will be blacklisted without any notification!
- Reservation of items can only be held for 2 (two) days. After 2 days, reservations will be automatically canceled.
- Orders placed will be attended within 24 hours. An Confirmation E-mail will then be sent to buyers to inform buyers whether the items they ordered are available / not available.
- Cancellation / changing of order can be made by sending the new order details to dreamcloset@rocketmail.com within 12 hours after receiving Confirmation E-mail . Please take note that cancellation / changing of order can be made only ONCE.
- If no changes, payments are to be made within 24 hours upon receiving the Confirmation E-mail from Dream Closet. Late payments will cause the order to be automatically canceled out.
- Payment made must include the price of item(s) & postage fees. Payments are made to my Maybank account. (account number will be provided in the Confirmation E-mail)
- Please include a proof of payment (name, payment amount, bank-in method, date & time). Send it by e-mail to dreamcloset@rocketmail.com or SMS me!
- Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days upon completion of payment.
- My responsibility ends once orders are shipped. Please contact Pos Malaysia / Pos Laju for any lost or damage of item.
- International postage are available but price will vary depending on the location.
